Blue Ash pools open for the season
The Blue Ash Parks and Recreation Department opened the Olympic-Sized Pool and the Family Wading Pool on June 30 at the Blue Ash Recreation Center.

Due to limited capacity to encourage social distancing, it is recommended visitors make reservations before heading to the pool.

Reserve your spot on the new Blue Ash Recreation Center app.

Emerald Ash Borer tree removal
If you have overhead power lines adjoining your property, you may be contacted about the removal of trees impacted by Emerald Ash borers, a wood-boring beetle.

To help improve the reliability of its service, Duke Energy is implementing an Emerald Ash Borer Program to reduce the risk of trees falling onto power lines.

If Duke Energy determines trees need to be removed, be sure to read over any contracts thoroughly before you sign.

If you wish to have the remaining logs and stumps removed from your property, be sure the removal service is included in your contract.

Additional Concert Cancellations
The City of Blue Ash Parks and Recreation Department announces two additional cancellations in the Summer Concert Series.

The Tuesday, July 14, concert at the Blue Ash Nature Park and the Friday, July 17, concert at Blue Ash Towne Square have been cancelled.

The Blue Ash Events team is making decisions on cancellations in two-week increments, in hopes that some of the Summer Concert Series will proceed as scheduled if new COVID-19 directives are released by the Ohio Department of Health and the Governor’s Office.

Updates on the further upcoming concerts will be provided as they become available at  blueashevents.com.
