Reopening dates announced for Recreation Center, pool, dog park and more
The City of Blue Ash Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the opening dates for the Recreation Center, pool, Sports Center and more for the 2020 season.
Opening dates:
  • 5/29   Sports Center
  • 6/3     Dog Park
  • 6/10   Recreation Center (limited services)
  • 6/10   Blue Ash Café (carry out only)
  • 6/15   Summit Park Group Fitness Classes
  • 6/30   Pool
The following amenities are currently open:
  • Parks
  • Blue Ash Golf Course
  • Summit Park restaurants (Nanny Belle’s, Brown Dog Café, Senate, Tahona)
  • Sandtrap Grill
  • Summit Park Great Lawn
  • Summit Park Farmers Market (Wednesdays)
Each of these amenities will continue to have social distancing and cleanliness guidelines for staff and visitors due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Click here learn more and view the reopening plans.
Farmers Market open for walk-thru customers with social distancing guidelines in place

The Blue Ash Farmers Market at Summit Park has transitioned from a pre-order, drive-thru only service into a walk-thru open air market. Several social distancing guidelines are in place. Pre-orders are no longer required but still accepted. Here's what you need to know before you go.
Zagster discontinues service in Blue Ash
Zagster has announced it will no longer offer service in the City of Blue Ash.
In a letter to City Administration, the bike-share company said the move was necessary due to COVID-19’s impact on its business. Zagster will be informing members directly of the situation and will be removing bikes and racks in the coming weeks.  Read more.
Reed Hartman Highway construction this weekend
Paving work will be underway this Saturday and Sunday, May 30 and 31, on Reed Hartman Highway north of Cornell Road up to the Blue Ash City Limits. 
Motorists should expect intermittent lane closures and some traffic congestion in the area. Read more.

In lieu of an in-person 68th Annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony, the City of Blue Ash Parks and Recreation Department commissioned a tribute video to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice, including a young soldier from Blue Ash. Click above to view the video.
The Blue Ash Public Works Department released the above roundabout safety video during National Public Works Week, May 17-23. Here are the three main #RoundaboutRules :
1. Check the signs and choose your correct lane.
2. Yield to BOTH lanes in the roundabout.
3. Yield to pedestrians at crosswalks.

For the latest information from County, State and National officials on COVID-19:
The U.S. Census Bureau, in coordination with federal, state and local health officials, will begin to drop off 2020 Census questionnaire packets at front doors of households in Ohio in the week of June 1, according to a news release. This is done in areas where the majority of households do not receive mail at their physical address. The Census Bureau began hand-delivering census materials on March 15, but suspended all fieldwork for this operation on March 18 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
