COVID-19 Vaccines Coming Soon

for Ages 6 months-4 years

The US Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are expected to recommend COVID-19 vaccinations for children ages 6 months to 4 years this month.  AFP will carry the approved vaccine as soon as it is made available from the MA Department of Public Health.

DBT Skills is an evidence-based treatment that helps young people who are struggling with out of control emotions or self-destructive behaviors to build lives worth living. GETTING IN SHAPE SAFELY

Fridays, June 17, 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22 at 8:30am

Full body strengthening series with beginner friendly, low-risk exercises including modifications to work around pain. Do you struggle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lyme disease, POTS, EDS or other chronic illnesses? We are excited to offer a new educational/experiential group. We will practice noticing the present moment to regulate our nervous systems and to better cope with physical symptoms, intense emotions, and life stressors. As a group, we will explore different ways to live with chronic illnesses through fostering and creating connections, self-nurturance, self-compassion, self-empowerment, and whatever else might support you in improving your well-being.  Led by Judy Grupenhoff and Dana Parrot. Email [email protected] to register.
