Amidst growing concerns around the COVID-19 virus, Brooklyn Coop wants to assure you that you can continue to access banking services safely. At each of our branches, we have stepped up our cleaning regimen, more frequently sanitizing the lobby area and other common spaces. We continue to monitor best practices as recommended by the CDC and will update you as we comply with those or other government recommendations.  

For many of you, remote banking through our online platform at www.brooklyn.coop or with our Mobile App is a better option. 

Manage Your Accounts – Log on via your desktop or mobile phone to view transactions, transfer funds between your savings or checking accounts or to make a loan payment from your BCoop accounts. You can also print out your monthly statements from this platform.

Free Bill Pay – Send funds electronically or by mailed check to any business, person, or bank through the Bill Pay option in Brooklyn Coop’s online banking.

Remotely deposit checks and cash:  
1)      Use Remote Deposit Capture from our Mobile app to take a picture of your check from your phone.

2)      Deposit checks and money orders at either of our branch ATMs using your ATM/Debit card.

*If you need to deposit CASH remotely, you can purchase a money order and deposit it using either of the above options.*

Withdrawing cash – Brooklyn Coop members can withdraw funds surcharge-free at ATMs in the Coop Network ( https://co-opcreditunions.org/locator ) or from any Citibank ATM .

For members who want to update or obtain an ATM/Debit card, we are waiving the new card fee in the month of March. COME PICK UP YOUR CARD TODAY!
