May Updates from Camp St. Charles
We currently have space for boys only in Session 2a July 4-9 and Session 2b July 11-16 only. All other sessions are full for boys and ALL 2021 sessions are full for girls and have a waitlist.

If you are on the waitlist, Sheri will contact you if a space becomes available. If you would like to add your child to the waitlist, please click here.
New CDC Guidance for Summer Camps
We have received a big update to the CDC guidance for overnight summer camps.

The big news is that campers will need to bring a recent, negative COVID test to check in AND our small camper cabin groups can form households. This will allow our little cabin groups to spend time together without masks.

Campers will still need to wear masks at camp when more than one group is present, however, this is going to allow us to spend some time in our cabin groups without masks.

Our plan for operations is here and is subject to change, based on guidance/requirements from any of the many agencies that oversee summer camp operations and licensing. Please share these changes with your campers to assist them in preparing to be flexible at camp.

Our 2021 operating plans are the result of a year of planning, programming, reviewing updated CDC guidelines, many revisions of the ACA COVID Field Guide and many years of experience at Camp St. Charles. We are grateful for your support and cooperation as we have found a way for our program to reopen for campers.
Have a credit on your Bunk1 account?
Some families will have a credit remaining on their account following final payment for their 2021 camp sessions.

We are requesting that families please leave those credits in place to use for the 2022 camp season. Families with a credit will have priority when enrolling for the 2022 camp season.

Some of the credits are from payments made in the fall of 2019 and payments made over a year ago would require a check to be mailed since they cannot be electronically reversed or refunded.

This has been the busiest spring for Sheri and me and we are very grateful for your patience and understanding in this process. If you need to request a refund, please provide a full mailing address with your request. We appreciate your patience!
Drive-Through Drop-Off
Camper check-in for 2021 will include a drive-through process. Our staff will greet you at the camp gate and direct you to the various stops.

Parents will remain in the car for drop-off and pickup. Our camp staff will help campers get settled in their cabins.

We will collect COVID tests, any medications, etc

If you'd like for your camper to receive a package while at camp, please bring it to check in. We can deliver one package per camper.

Pickup will also be drive-through on Friday evenings.
TravMark Cancellation Insurance
If you purchased TravMark coverage for a two week camp session, you may request a refund for the difference in coverage for the shorter 2021 camp session.

Families who have not yet paid in full may be able to purchase coverage.

Details can be found here--on the camp forms page of the Camp St. Charles Website. Please direct coverage and policy questions to Travmark.
How to Make Payments on Bunk1
Camp St. Charles does not retain your payment details so we are not able to charge a card on file.

Please complete payments from a computer rather than a mobile device. Second, please use an updated browser, and NOT Internet Explorer. Those two things will make your experience much easier and will result in fewer errors.

Log on to your Bunk1 account. If your account is the "Family Manager" account, you will be able to see the payment options. The account used to make the deposit will be the family manager Bunk1 account.

Look at the upper right-hand corner, indicated with a red arrow here and click on "Account"

Then click on "My Camp Account", indicated with the yellow arrow in the second image.

When you click on "My Camp Account," you will see a Summary of the total camp tuition and balance due. The red arrow is indicating where to look for the balance due.

Then you can click on "Make Payment" to make a payment toward your balance due. Families may opt to make payments on any schedule that they choose.

You may also mail payments to Camp St. Charles 9692 Meadowview Drive
Newburg, MD 20664

Please allow ample time for mail to arrive and note the camper's full name and session on the check memo to ensure that we can credit your account promptly.

Ways to Support Camp St. Charles!
There are many great ways to provide financial support for CSC!
We are reopening at reduced capacity after a year of extremely limited operations. Donors have kept us going and we continue to need donor support into 2021 and beyond. Thank you for your generous support!
