Restrictions Tightened in PA to Slow Down the Spread

Yesterday, the Governor and the Secretary of Health issued additional COVID-19 orders and advisories, effective at 12:01am on Saturday, December 12, 2020 and remain in effect until 8am on January 4, 2021. The full slate of information can be found here - The updated information includes –
  • In-Person Dining prohibited
  • Outdoor dining permitted; subject to any limitations or restrictions imposed by Pennsylvania law, or this or any other Order issued by the Sec. of Health or by the governor.
  • Indoor gatherings and events of more than 10 persons are prohibited (excludes places of worship)
  • Outdoor gatherings and events of more than 50 persons are prohibited.
  • All in-person businesses serving the public may only operate at up to 50% of the maximum capacity stated on the applicable certificate of occupancy, except as limited by existing orders to a smaller capacity limit.
  • Indoor operations at gyms and fitness facilities are prohibited
  • In-Person Extracurricular School Activities suspended
  • K-12 Sports suspended
  • Entertainment Industry restrictions include indoor events prohibited and outdoor venues limited to 50% capacity

Business, Home Office & Staff Photo Showcase - Submit a photo showing your holiday office décor, or a festive staff photo (extra points for ugly sweaters). Since we
can't gather in person, we'll use the photos to create our first PV Chamber Virtual Holiday Showcase. Slideshow will be revealed at the Holiday Mixer and shared on Facebook and Chamber website.

Sponsor the Holiday Party - Your generous support will fund Chamber programs in 2021 and provide small businesses, restaurants and non-profit organizations grant to participate in Shop Local & Win Campaign through Feb 21, 2021! Friends, family and neighbors are invited to participate in the laying of the wreaths. These wreaths represent the Veterans from the Spring City Veterans home who are no longer with us.
