We want to be sure that you are aware that webinar that was announced by Linda Waite is a public/private meeting partnership between Benchmarks and DSS and we regret any confusion related to the original announcement.

Benchmarks has been in ongoing talks with NC DSS concerning the challenges our members are facing with Covid-19. We have been providing ongoing questions and recommendations to NC DSS based on member calls and emails. We recommended ongoing weekly calls between State DSS and our members to expedite the communication.

 

Our first call is scheduled for Thursday, March 19th at 11:00. Because of the number of participants expected on the call, we chose the web ex format to make the call manageable. You will be allowed to submit questions via the web-ex site throughout the call

 

We hope you can join Benchmarks and NC DSS tomorrow at 11:00 and we are planning to set consistent times for the weekly calls going forward to make it easier for your schedule.
