Dear St. Andrew Family,

Due to our close partnership with Safeway offering vaccine clinics to the community over the years, St. Andrew has just been selected as a community site for COVID-19 vaccines!

In appreciation to St. Andrew for the use of our facility, two pilot clinics for St. Andrew members ONLY have been scheduled for Saturday, April 3 and Saturday, April 10 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm in the Great Room.

These clinics are open to ALL St. Andrew members, age 16 and over. Please note: You are authorized to check the box to confirm eligibility on the first page of the form by virtue of your association with St. Andrew. You do not need to be over age 60 or bring proof of any other "sub-group" eligibility, but all participants must be at least age 16.

The Pfizer vaccine will be administered, which means that all participants must return for a second vaccine dose 3 weeks later (on April 24 or May 1). Your second appointment will be made during your visit to the clinic.

Please DO NOT share this link with others outside the St. Andrew community at this time. Many additional clinic dates are coming to St. Andrew very soon. Your extended family and friends will be eligible to participate then.

Thanks be to God for the opportunity to extend this blessing of safety and health to our faith community. And thanks to all for your cooperation in making these initial pilot clinics a success!
