Tell your representatives:
Prioritize people with I/DD for COVID-19 vaccine
|
It is essential that New Yorkers with I/DD be prioritized in an equitable plan for the distribution of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Governor Cuomo and the NYS Department of Health need to ensure that people with I/DD served in New York’s residential programs, and the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who support them, are included in Phase 1 of New York’s COVID-19 vaccination plan.
Use CP State's one-click advocacy tool to tell your New York state and federal representatives that we will not be forgotten, passed over, or discriminated against. Share this link, www.cpstate.org/advocacy, with your staff, families, and other advocates. Make sure to have your voices heard and pass this along to others!
