A Message from the Executive Director
Dear Friends,

Thank you to all our wonderful supporters who joined us for our Blue Jean BBQ last month. It was so great to see everyone in person and to say hello to new friends and reconnect with old ones. God blessed us with beautiful weather, and we enjoyed the event so much. Beachmont Christian Ministries was a wonderful place to gather, and we hope to return in the future.

I have previously provided updates about our growth and the increase in client visits and sonograms. To that end, we have added some new part-time staff members to Options@328. We have a new part-time RN, and two new part-time sonographers. We also have a college student who is interning for the summer. We are grateful for this needed help.

Numbers—not even how many women we have served—do not give an accurate depiction of what your support does for our ministry. Lives are saved and transformed! Hope is restored! Recently, our nurse manager and I were humbled to be invited to a 1st birthday party and Christening for a client's child. Many people prayed for this little one before she was even born. Her mother received support, education, and supplies from our programs. She also received friendship and love from many people in the pro-life community. Below is an image of your generosity and support.

Every good wish,

Gina Ruppert
Executive Director
News you need to know
Another Baby Saved!
A distressed pregnant woman was outside our center for a long time. When she finally entered Options@328, "Marta" stated that she was scheduled for an abortion at Planned Parenthood but could not afford to pay for the procedure. She told our bilingual advocate that she already has three children and was in real distress. We confirmed her pregnancy and provided her with a sonogram. She was able to see her child, who was 14 weeks gestation. She cried and said "It's a baby. I cannot kill my baby." After this appointment, we were able to provide her with material assistance for her born children. Marta now has healthcare, WIC, and other resources needed to prepare for this baby, due later this year. Praise God!
Helping growing families!
Options@328 staff were very honored to provide medical services and advocacy to this growing family.

Brendan, and we wish him well. He will be located just three short blocks from our headquarters on Howard Street. Congratulations!

A Note of Thanks from the Director of Development
I was ill during the week of our Blue Jean BBQ and tested positive for COVID on the day of the event so I couldn’t be there to hostess. I am just getting back on my feet from this illness and subsequent complications. I want to let everyone know how thankful I am to CPC's Client Advocate, Emma Z. (left), all staff and board members who worked the event, and especially our executive director, Gina, for her understanding. Emma was able to step up and execute all the planning that went into the Blue Jean BBQ. Thank you so much Emma for navigating uncharted waters with grace and style! Thanks to Gina for remaining calm and flexible. Thanks to all board and staff members who were so helpful that night, willing to jump in at a moment's notice. “In everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

With heartfelt thanks,
Paula
Our Mission

The Greater Baltimore Center for Pregnancy Concerns is a locally organized and funded volunteer ministry demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ by providing abortion alternatives to women who find themselves in the midst of an unplanned pregnancy. We service clients by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We also strive to provide accurate and complete information on prenatal development and abortion. We believe access to this information is needed in order to provide our clients with the facts, allowing them to make informed decisions. Ultimately, we desire to protect the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of our clients and their unborn children. We also provide emotional support and resources to any woman who comes to us having had an abortion. We believe our ministry to these and all women is to share the love of Jesus Christ.
