As winter’s chill settles in and the first snowflakes dust our surroundings, it’s a perfect time for reflection and renewal. At CPH-NEW, we’re embracing this spirit of transition by continuing to advance Total Worker Health® initiatives that meet the unique needs of workers.

Project Updates:

  • SHIFT is developing an self-paced version of the Building Total Worker Health® Leaders in Labor training course and assessing HWPP sustainability in a mental health facility.

  • HITEC continues steps towards sustainability of HWPP within CT DOC by transitioning the Design Team Facilitator Workshop to a train-the-trainer model with experienced correctional worker facilitators leading components of the workshop.
