Keynote Presentation:
Betsy Markey, Executive Director, Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT)
Betsy Markey was appointed by Governor Jared Polis to his cabinet as Executive Director of the Colorado OEDIT in January 2019. She has over 30 years of leadership experience in government and the private sector. She has served as a Member of Congress, a senior federal executive, and the co-founder and CFO of a high tech company.

Recognition:
A Colorado photonics company which has achieved distinction in the industry will be honored with CPIA's "Photonics Company of the Year" award. Also honored are individuals who have been critical to the success of CPIA and the photonics community. Join us in celebrating their success and the contribution of photonics to the Colorado economy.

Student Poster Contest:
The annual meeting is your opportunity to learn about current photonics and optics research conducted at ALL Colorado research universities. On Tuesday from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, virtually meet talented graduate students who are competing for cash prizes with posters presenting their research topic. This is your chance to interact with the students who will help fuel the next generation of photonics products. During Thursday's meeting, the top three winners of the student poster contest will present their posters. For more information on the student poster contest and registering, click here.
