Bring Your Education Transcripts to Convention for Free Evaluation

Leave the 50th Annual Convention of the CPOA/18th Annual Convention of the CGEA with a lot more than expected.  The only thing it will take on your part is to show up and bring copies of your education transcripts.

Drop your transcripts off at the Bellevue University table and pick up your Education Roadmap before you leave.  No cost, no commitment - just information on how your military and civilian education fits into a degree.

As a CPOA/CGEA Chapter/Branch representative, let your members know that this service is available and bring their transcripts too.

When the members convene in St. Petersburg, FL, Aug 20-23, Bellevue University will be there again, supporting your education needs.   Even if you don't want to attend Bellevue University, you can get advice and information.

CPOA/CGEA have formed a "Partnership in Education" to help you work on your college degree.  Whether you need a degree for promotion, transition or personal satisfaction, Bellevue University can help.

For more information, contact your CPOA/CGEA representative, Willie Woolford, at [email protected] or 813-422-9918.

 Book of the Month

Red Crew is a first-hand account of U.S. Coast Guard anti-smuggling operations during the early years of the nation's maritime war on drugs. Jim Howe describes his experience as the executive officer of a specialized drug-hunting crew that sailed in then-state-of-the-art "surface effect ships," a small flotilla of high-speed vessels pressed into the drug war on short notice.
