January 2021 Issue

With 2020 behind us we have uncovered so many ways to APPRECIATE!  We have learned to embrace gratitude for each moment.  We have found peace and reassurance in the quietest of corners. We practiced unconditional acceptance more than ever and thankfulness for each and every moment we are able to be together.  We have become resilient when faced with challenge.  We have learned to give and receive in the cleverest of ways.

Instead of letting our heart sink and disappointment loom, we have allowed creativity to blossom and where doors have closed, we have found windows to open.  Where we may have felt entitled, we now count every blessing and when working with others we have a newfound sense of compassion, patience and grace.  It seems as if 2020 actually allowed us new skills to discover uncharted waters.

May we waste no time in uncovering the magic of 2021!

As this year unfolds please join us beginning with the month of January for a fabulous hike, our virtual daytime program meeting with an interior designer, a Zoom painting class, exciting adventures in book club, a 5K polar bear run, and much much more. Please see additional details below for registration links!

Although our Gala will be canceled for this year, we will look forward to next year.  We will again be supporting Great Prospects for the 2021 - 22 year.

We so APPRECIATE your perseverance and unending zest for camaraderie in a year that has proven to be the most challenging year of our lives to date. Now come join us as we celebrate new beginnings!

With Appreciation,

Chris Cashman & Jean Ann McCarthy
