Want to connect with other Club professionals leading continuous quality improvement? The CQI Community is a space to come together and ask questions, problem-solve, and share what has worked. This month, we'll hear from BGC Paterson and Passaic's Chief Program Quality Officer Kenitra Washington on introducing the YPQA and team-based planning across 9 sites, plus updates from BGCA's team.

There are still opportunities to participate in Program Quality training before summer starts! The Program Quality team is offering sessions of Intro to CQI, Preparing for Team-Based Planning, Program Quality Assessment Basics, and External Assessor Reliability Training. You can see specific times and register in the Prepare tab of CQIToolkit.org.
