The Board of Denturists (board) has adopted a rule for health equity continuing competency training requirements for the denturist profession. Attached is the CR-103 Rule-Making Order filed as WSR # 23-16-143 on August 2, 2023. The rule is effective 31 days after the filing date.

The Department of Health (department) has developed a website for healthcare providers regarding the new health equity continuing education (CE) requirements. Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5229 (Chapter 276, Laws of 2021) requires healthcare providers to take two hours of health equity CE every four years.
