The Vanier Museopark, in partnership with the Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE), the St-Laurent branch of DeSerres stores , and the Vanier Community Service Centre (Vanier CSC), is proud to present the 3rd edition of Creating Christmas Magic, a community and family celebration that collects new, unwrapped toys, gift cards and monetary donations for Vanier children and families in need.

When: Sunday December 8, 2024, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Where: Richelieu-Vanier Community Centre and Vanier Sugar Shack (300 des Pères-Blancs Ave.)

Admission: Donations of all form (new and unwrapped toys, gift cards, cash)
Join us for a festive day of solidarity and goodwill! Come and celebrate the joy of giving by bringing in your new toys and taking part in Santa's magical elf workshop. Discover our gift-wrapping, gift-decorating and greeting-card-making stations, while enjoying holiday music.
Meet Santa at the Vanier Sugar Shack, take a photo with him and enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate or coffee from Starbucks.
The event ends on a festive musical note with a free concert by Céleste Lévis, the Franco-Ontarian singer-songwriter, at 1 p.m. in the Salle Kiwanis of the Richelieu-Vanier Community Centre.
Donations unveiling will be presented at 1:45 p.m.
Those who are unable to attend this community celebration, but would still like to take part in Creating Christmas Magic, can make a monetary donation online (by visiting the event website) or by dropping off new, unwrapped toys in donation boxes at the following locations:
