New! CRA Project Coordinator Wanted

The City of Kissimmee is looking for a CRA project coordinator.

The position responsibilities will focus on revitalization and community enhancement within the City through economic redevelopment, business retention, capital improvement, and branding.

New! Hallandale Beach RFP

The City of Hallandale Beach is looking for a team to rehabilitate and improve the City’s existing Lift Station #3.

The project has been identified as a high priority job. This project will include improvements to the internal piping and valves, triplex submersible pumps, separate pump-out structure, and more

Bids are due by October 24, 2022.

New! Revitalization Plan in Riviera Beach

The Riviera Beach CRA has been hard at work bringing new life back to a busy intersection.

After sitting unused for many years, a vacant lot is being redeveloped to create a mix of residential, commercial and retail space.

City leaders hope to revitalize the area while also meeting the growing demand for more housing.
