Bonfire Launch: August 4th
CRCOG has contracted with Bonfire for e-procurement! The Bonfire system will mean some changes to our processes, but with these changes come some robust evaluation tools that will help CRPC members determine which vendor (or vendors) are the lowest responsive, responsible vendor for their particular needs. Next week, we will invite our members to input their quantities for Snowplow Blades, along with instructions for how to enter them. More training just for CRPC members is in the works, but if anyone is interested in learning more on their own, there is a free webinar on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at 2pm, which you can register for online
OTHER CRCOG NEWS
ezIQC® and Community Connectivity
The CTDOT has approved the ezIQC® program for use with the Community Connectivity grant program. Municipalities that are interested in using the program must provide documentation for purchases made through ezIQC® to their grant administrator, which will be clearly shown on your ezIQC® price proposal. The ezIQC® job order contracting program is available to all members of the Capitol Region Purchasing Council.
