CA vs Hate Targets Hard-to-Reach Communities in New Statewide Ad Campaign 


The new campaign includes radio, print, and digital ads that will be available in multiple languages, as part of CA vs Hate's ongoing efforts to support healing for all those targeted by hate and reach people who have historically been underserved.

California Civil Rights Department (CRD) Reaches $20K Settlement in Anti-Black Hate Housing Case


In the lawsuit, the tenant was allegedly subjected to verbal racial harassment, fees not charged to white tenants, and hate violence. At one point, the de facto manager allegedly tried to get the tenant arrested.

We helped settle a case for a county employee who allegedly dealt with months of retaliation, a write up, and lost work opportunities after asking to wear orthotic sandals to help with a disability.
