PAY DATA PORTAL NOW OPEN

Submit Pay Data Reports By May 8!

Our pay data portal is now open, which means it’s time for California employers to report pay and demographic data to CRD! Our last report found women & communities of color are still some of the state’s lowest paid workers. Reporting helps employers — and us — identify and address discrimination to ensure all Californians are paid fairly for their hard work. Questions about the reporting process? Check out our FAQ or one of our other resources.
