San Joaquin Valley School District to Pay $92K After Alleged Age & Disability Discrimination


The California Civil Rights Department (CRD) reached a settlement with the Shiloh Elementary School District in Stanislaus County to resolve allegations that a district employee was unlawfully subjected to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
