Bus Parade! Friday, May 29th!

On Friday, May 29th, starting at 12:00 p.m. Clover Ridge School Staff will begin their bus parade winding through the streets of Chaska, honking and waving to students along the route. This will be a great way for students to reconnect with teachers and see some familiar faces as we near the school year.

While we truly wish we could visit every street/neighborhood, that just isn't possible. We will do our best to try and make it through each neighborhood based off the school district maps of where our learners are and while we will be going through most of the neighborhoods, we might not get down your specific street/road. In cases such as that, we suggest you come to a street/road closest to you. Perhaps taking a walk/bike ride, find a safe viewing spot with a parent and ensure you have space to give proper social distancing from others outside your family unit.

We invite students, families, community members, graduating seniors and CRE Alumni to participate!  All are welcome!

Safety of everyone involved is of the utmost importance, so we ask the following:

*Students/families stay in their own driveway/porch or sidewalk keeping a safe distance from their neighbors, following the social distancing

*Do not run up to the buses or cars nor be anywhere on the street/road as to put yourself in harms way

*We will be avoiding most cul-de-sacs. We suggest you come to the end of your street to see the parade go by.

*Get creative! If you'd like made signs/decorate driveways/sidewalks with chalk, come out and cheer and wave as your staff members from CRE come by to wave, shout out a hi, giving out virtual hugs and high fives!!

*School staff will not be stopping as we have many students to visit so please just wave and allow the parade to pass by-feel free to email a staff member should you want to talk with at another time.

*Please share pictures and videos on our social media pages @CloverRidgeElem

*A map of our staff parade is attached.

* Mr. Lenzmeier will be at the end of the parade in his truck for Library Books to be dropped into the back.

LET'S MAKE THIS AN AWESOME DAY!
WE ARE EXCITED TO SEE YOU!

Instrument Drop Off Information
Dear Band Families,
As the school year comes to a close, I wanted to give you some information about dropping off your school instrument rental. June 1st and 2nd are days that are scheduled for school drop-off. When you come to school to drop off text books, library books and other materials, would you please bring your school band instrument at that time.  If you have rented your instrument through a music store, and plan on playing it in middle school, then no drop off is necessary. If you have rented your instrument through a music store, and want to return it back to the store, please contact the music store and make arrangements for drop off with that particular store.  Contact information is below:

Thank you,
Sincerely, Mrs. Prescott
