CREDE's Biggest Essentials Drive Yet!
We’re thrilled to announce that CREDE has collected an incredible 36,000 diapers, as an organization, in support of this year’s HomeAid Orange County | Los Angeles Essentials Drive, making it our largest contribution to date!
This milestone reflects more than just a number. It speaks to the compassion, commitment, and generosity of our entire CREDE team and extended community. Every diaper donated is a tangible act of care, offering comfort, dignity, and stability to families navigating uncertain times.
We’re proud to stand with HomeAid in their mission to support parents and children experiencing homelessness, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Our HOA/DRE Services
CREDE delivers full-spectrum support for developers, community associations, and municipalities navigating the complex landscape of community governance and development document compliance. Our services bring deep expertise in DRE budget preparation, DRE document management tracking submittals and timing of public reports, forward planning consulting in alignment with governing documents, HOA board and declarant support, as well as HOA/DRE Phase turnover coordination.

Featuring a 900,000 SF cross-dock facility and a 300,000 SF warehouse, the project is strategically positioned near I-10 and Northern Parkway to support regional and national logistics. Completed in 2023, the project reached over 50% lease-up by early 2024, underscoring its market appeal.
