is established to serve in the Industrial, Construction sectors and capable of serving mining contractors of South Africa. Presently Crest's Scope of Service is directed to the needs of contractors, sub-contractors and service providers to ensure legal compliance in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1995 and Regulations, Mine Health and Safety Act and Regulations, and/or other legal or statutory requirements in South Africa or other countries in which a contractor may be working.
Crest OSH Construction Support, as a member of Pinnacle Holdings, have access to resources with many years of experience in the field of Occupational Health and Safety in the various industries.
Members of Pinnacle Holdings and Crest OSH Construction Support have held senior and top management positions in NOSA, DEKRA Norisko and SAACOSH, as well as top safety management positions in construction and mining Companies.
Members of Pinnacle Holdings and Crest OSH Construction Support have been involved in the safety management of amongst others Sandton City, Eastgate, Soccer City, The Zone @ Rosebank, Menlyn Mall, Menlyn Maine, Hertford Office Park, and various other construction projects.
Experience also entails all mayor aspects of mining including shaft sinking, development, trackless mining, stopping, paddock mining as well as underground and surface workshops, and metallurgical plants etc.
In the commercial sector experience covers amongst other aspects such as OHS system design, implementation and maintenance, risk assessments, incident investigations, inspections and audits.

SCOPE OF SERVICE
Crest OSH Construction Support
provides a comprehensive OHS service that includes:
- Compilation of Trade specific OHS Systems and safety files, based on the legal requirements, site specifications and/ or client specifications.
- These include developing site/ project or task specific OHS Plans, Fall Protection and Fall Prevention Plans.
- The compilation of site and task specific risk assessments.
- Policies and Procedures.
- Implementation and maintenance of systems to ensure client capability to execute plans and sustain legal compliance.
- Where required, Crest OSH Construction Support, conduct incident investigations with competent and experienced accident investigators to determine root causes and establish mitigating measures.
- Crest would conduct legal compliance audits and conduct physical site inspections with timely presented reports.

have the network capability and support in arrangeing accredited training and occupational hygiene and medical surveillance for clients through accredited providers in accordance with client needs.
