Drs. Reza Khanbilvardi, Prathap Ramamurthy, and Naresh Devineni presented their research at the European Geosciences Union 2026, Europe’s largest geosciences conference. Dr. Khanbilvardi focused on hydrological extreme modeling and monitoring in urban areas undertaken by R-SIRUS, Dr. Ramamurthy on multiscale air quality analysis in NYC, and Dr. Devineni on a physics-informed machine learning framework for urban flood intensity prediction in data-scarce cities.
Dr. Aliasghar Arab, CREST Research Associate, presented his research at two international conferences in May 2026. His presentations focused on the use of generative AI for risk assessment in autonomous systems and on emerging standards for autonomous systems verification.
