Dear CREW San Antonio Members,
We have just finished another fabulous CREWtini and it was a whirlwind around the world. I want to thank our Director of Charity/Community Outreach, Christina Cantu, her committee, all the Sponsors, Teams, UTSA student volunteers, and the many Members who worked very hard on putting this event together to make it a success.
2019 has been a very busy year for our Members, Programs and the Commercial Real Estate industry in San Antonio. Change is inevitable in our industry and in our lives and with this thought I am happy to share with you that I have had several welcome interruptions in my personal life. Last summer we lost a part of our home in a fire in which we are still displaced and most recently my former employer decided to eliminate my position to which I was released from the company on September 8
I have made a decision with my husband to move to New Orleans where we have most of our family, and I will assume the role of Business Development Director for LiftFund Louisiana. It was not an easy decision, however I have the support of all of you to continue my Presidency, and the power of the CREW Network. You will continue to see me at CREW functions for a couple of years as LiftFund’s corporate office is located here in San Antonio.
I am proud of our accomplishments as a chapter and know that our success will continue with our strong leadership on the board and incoming board of directors to be voted on in next month’s luncheon.
