CREW Network's 2018 Spring Leadership Summit
June 21-22, 2018
Cleveland, Ohio
by: Brenda Elliot Karp
Leadership Summit photos are located in CREW Network’s Flickr gallery  and  Event Documents are located in CREWbiz (CREW Network members only).
On June 20th, Chris Hairston-White and I arrived in Cleveland Ohio for the Spring Leadership Summit. WOW! What energy and excitement! We had no idea for the next 2 days, we would have “CLEVELAND ROCKS” “CREW ROCKS”, ringing and singing in our ears. With one summit under our belt, we were beyond ready to see what this Summit would offer.

On June 21st, we started the day with Cynthia D’Amour, MBA, Leadership Strategist. From leading our chapter to engaging volunteers, we learned “Fresh is a MUST” and “It is all about the Experience”. We divided into teams and were tasked with designing experiences our members would love to attend. In closing, teams presented their “Fresh” ideas (BREW & CREW, Power Deals in Heels, Stacking your Deck in Your Favor, Martinis & Mugshots). We continued our networking over dinner with our CREW Network Board Liaison, Barbara McDuffie and other members of various chapters.

CREW Communications
Don't forget we will now be providing Communications Cards at each table during lunch meetings – these will make it easy and quick for you to submit your  Celebrate Success , where you can send in your (or another CREW member’s) success -- think hires, promotions, deals, closings and so on. We are also using these Cards to introduce our  Needs and Leads  effort, which was shared at the CREW National Conference. Use this space to list your needs and leads so that our membership can help each other make connections, build networks, and reach our professional goals!

Have a Celebrate Success or Needs & Leads item? Feel free to email them anytime to  [email protected] .
