The annual Leading Ladies of Real Estate Series features three women at the forefront of the commercial real estate industry, who will each share their story about their path to the top. Jaimee Nardiello
, Past President of CREWNY and Partner at Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, received the Founders’ Award at our June 4th Members' Luncheon.
The Founder’s Award has been a CREW New York tradition since 1994. Each year, the current chapter president has the honor of presenting the award to a member who exemplifies the finest qualities of the organization, consistently supports CREWNY’s mission and goals, and does so with remarkable generosity in sharing both time and talent in support of others.

Katherine Pankevich,
an undergraduate student member attending Baruch, began a summer internship position with CBRE. Katherine was connected to this CBRE opportunity through CREW Network and CREWNY: Network’s CEO introduced CBRE’s Senior Diversity Recruiter to CREWNY leaders, who in turn, recommended Katherine when the Diversity Officer wanted to include greater diversity in their summer intern class and contacted CREWNY for same. Katherine got the job on her own amazing merits, of course.

, at the New York Marquis. St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters supports a network of charitable programs throughout New York City, Westchester and Northern New Jersey, providing food, clothing, shelter and social services for those in need.

CREWNY is proud that two of our members,
Kenne Shepherd
and
Cara Faske
, were honored on May 13, 2019, at the annual Mann Charitable Foundation Leading Ladies event, a celebration of the foremost women in the apparel, design, banking, real estate, and hedge fund industries. The Mann Charitable Foundation's mission is to fund research for geriatric diseases and to ultimately find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. It recently expanded its initiatives to include Crohn’s and Colitis disease, breast cancer, and liver diseases.
Kenne is also a former Board member of CREW New York and last year was the 40th Anniversary Gala Co-Chair. Cara's agency, Pace Branding and Marketing, was responsible for the 40th Anniversary Gala's branding and marketing.
