CREWNY Social Equity Trust
CREW New York’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Taskforce has established the first Social Equity Trust. On October 2, 2020, CREW NY held the first gathering of its Social Equity Trust, a think tank intently focused on charting new pathways toward achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

The list of invitees to this event was carefully curated to form a diverse group of leaders and stakeholders in NYC government, public & private corporations, RE & AEC industry and community associations.

Our intention was to gather this distinctive group of Thought Leaders to mirror the demographics of NYC as closely as possible in gender, ethnicity, sexuality, race, and other dimensions of the diversity wheel. By sharing diversity goals, challenges and triumphs, our Thought Leaders are supporting each other and others in pursuit of true Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Commercial Real Estate and society at large.

DIG THIS: A CREW Careers Program
CREWNY is excited to present "DIG This: A CREW Careers® Program," an amazing digital program in collaboration with NEW (Nontraditional Employment for Women) and CREW Foundation.

The program will consist of three sessions and focus on the development life cycle to educate and encourage NEW graduates about CRE careers available to them beyond the construction trades. It will culminate in Session 3 with a mock RFP team challenge, in which NEW graduate teams will create and present development project proposals to a panel of distinguished judges, which will determine the winners.

Many CREWNY members and CRE industry leaders, as well as CREW Network CEO Wendy Mann, will be featured in various program panels and other roles. This is a tangible and simple way to support CREWNY's mission and NEW's women, through education and opportunity.

MEMBERS - Please consider attending Session 3 (11/7 at 10:00 a.m.) for a rewarding, entertaining and informative digital experience from your own homes!

Registration for Session 3 is now OPEN on CREWNY's website, but is limited.

Coming 11/13 - The Annual UCREW Program
This year, the program will be presented virtually and will focus on Networking and Personal Branding in a Virtual World. The program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will have a number of roles that will be filled by panelists and conversation leaders.
