Proposed Senate Bill 50 establishes both
a Delaware property tax and also a platform for Dover
to unleash an endless parade of expenditures
identical in structure – all without a public referendum.  

Taxpayers beware, voters be damned.
The major think-tanks that rate state governments have
warned SB 50 is bad policy, bad government .
