This month, we're excited to have Team HR to support this edition of the CRJ Journal to report back on our employee engagement survey. Hundreds of staff took part in this survey, and every service line - including our admin staff - weighed in on the final results. We sincerely appreciate your participation and the candid feedback we received. Your insights are crucial in shaping our workplace dynamics and culture going forward.

Your concerns that were expressed are being taken seriously. Our leadership team is committed to addressing these issues and creating a more positive work environment.   • W-2s have been mailed! A hard copy of the W-2 has been mailed to the address we have on file. You can also print a copy from DayForce by clicking on "Earnings" then click on "Year End Forms." Our Programs in the News

CJI’s Len Engel and Molly Robustelli weigh in on the criminal justice reform work being done on the ground in Oklahoma County. CJI partner Tim Tardibono, Executive Director for the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Advisory Council, is also featured and cites that the prison population has “steadily declined” over the last six years, from more than 2,300 to about 1,300 or 1,400 last year.

Our staff go above and beyond to support communities and individuals in our programs. We want to create more opportunities to spotlight that good work. Using Microsoft Teams, we've launched a virtual "Kudos" board. Want to thank a coworker or share someone's great work on a project? Here's how:

  • Open Microsoft Teams and log in using your CRJ email credentials.
  • Select the "CRJ Connect" Team, and then open the "Kudos" channel.
  • Click "start a post" and then select the plus (+) sign. Then, select praise, and fill out your kudos!
