TTT 2025 Review

Converge Rocky Mountain is a movement of dynamic, Christ-centered churches. We seek to transform lives and communities by strengthening and multiplying Jesus-filled believers and congregations in the Rocky Mountain West.

TTT 2025 was an amazing weekend for CRM churches as we celebrated a historic 2024 and dedicated ourselves to "reach the one" in 2025!

With just over half of our churches reporting, we still collected these God-sized reports...

-Six new churches launched, with five more in the pipeline

-Two churches affiliated with three more in the pipeline

-Over 1600 people baptized

-CRM churches are involved in reaching/supporting national ministry leaders in 48 countries.

-Thousands of CRM church attendees participated in an international mission trip.

-Over 8300 first-time decisions for Christ!

Give God the glory. He has done great things.



2025 CRM Annual Business Key Decisions

-Valley Fellowship, Buena Vista, CO, and First Baptist, Shoshoni welcomed in as affiliated churches.

-The 2025 Spending plan was presented and affirmed

-A new Doctrinal Distinctives section was added to follow our Affirmation of Faith.

-2025 Board of Overseers Approved: Keith Carson, Ron Oaks, Jeron Parkins, Eldrige Sims, Jason Ricks, Ramon Navarro, ex officio-Loren Pankratz, Paul Mitton

-Pastor Brian Hays and Legacy church were thanked for hosting a very successful leadership training event.

--TTT 2026 was announced. March 20-21, 2025. Host Church: Authentic Life Church. Theme: "De-Sizing the Church. Redefining Ministry Success" Main Speaker: Karl Vaters.

Steps To Finding The One

1. 1. Ask God to send me to people who are hurting and need Him.
2. 2. Make time to have time for people throughout my day
3. 3. Look up and around while walking. Smile. try to notice things about others and compliment them often.
4. 4. Seek out conversations whenever possible, and check in on people, because you just never know what they are going through.

1. 5. Ask questions and listen to the person and for God's promptings. My favorite question to ask is, "If you could ask God to do one thing for you, what would it be."
2. 6. Share your story. No, I don't have a radical testimony. It's actually a pretty normal one but my life changed when I realized God made me for more, that Jesus really does love me, died for me, and rose from the grave.
3. 7. Pray for people. Always try to pray for people because there is power in prayer.
4. 8. Be encouraged The more unqualified you feel, the more effective you will actually be -- because that just means people can relate with you. It's not how eloquent we are that changes people, it's Jesus.

CRM Feature Church

Bethel Baptist Church is in Greeley, Colorado and was started in 1901 as a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Baptist Association, now Converge Rocky Mountain. Greeley is a close-knit, growing city that is home to students, families, farms and thriving local businesses. 

Bethel sits right across the street from the University of Northern Colorado athletic fields and has had a long history of ministering among college students, many of whom have raised generations of children here. While in Greeley, we aim to build God’s family by making disciples of Jesus for his glory....

CRM Plants In Melbourne, Australia!

The Filipino Church in Denver, Colorado is adding a site in Melbourne, Australia. There are a million Filipinos in Melbourne, and not one church offers a service in their heart language of Tagalog. The core group was raised up and trained online. Paul and Jan Mitton visited the core group last year to give their support. Now Pastor Arnold and Christina Cubos will provide leadership for the new congregation that kicks off on Easter Sunday.

Paul Mitton and Start Director Loren Pankratz will travel down to celebrate with the congregation on Palm Sunday. This is the first Converge Church in Australia, and the church desires to affiliate with Converge Rocky Mountain! Start planning your mission trips now. Please pray for this exciting new church. • -Praise the Lord for all the team-building and equipping that took place at TTT 2025

• -Praise the Lord for five new congregations launched last year, and two new church affiliations.

• -Praise the Lord for over 8300 people who accepted Christ in CRM churches last year.

• -Pray for church leaders as they prepare for Easter week celebrations. Pray for transformed lives and families.

-Pray for The Filipino Church-Melbourne as they raise support, build their

launch team, and prepare to make a Kingdom difference on the other

side of the world. Pray for safe travels as Paul Mitton and Loren Pankratz

travel down to support and celebrate this historic church launch.

• -Pray for churches in transition as they seek God's will for a new pastor. This includes Grace Fellowship, Grace Mountain, Bethel-Torrington, and First-Idaho Springs.

• -Ask the Lord to heal those battling physical or emotional illness.

• -Continue to pray that God will provide all the resources we need as a movement to reach our region for Christ.
