Junior College Trip
It seems so long ago! In early March, before New Yorkers were instructed to stay home, our juniors spent part of their spring break on our annual College Trip! The Class of 2021 traveled with our College Counseling team to a wide variety of college campuses in New York, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. They visited 32 schools in total over three days.

Leeza Tirado '12

Leeza attended the University of Scranton and majored in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Peace and Justice Studies. She then continued on to complete her Juris Doctor at Quinnipiac University School of Law. Now, Leeza is a United States Air Force JAG Officer - a lawyer for the Air Force. Her advice on how to achieve your career goals? "Networking, networking, networking! If it wasn't for my connection at Thomson Reuters (where I worked during my senior year at Cristo Rey), I would not have received the recommendation letters I needed to go to Scranton." She learned these networking skills at a young age: "Cristo Rey set me up for success. I made some incredible connections that I still have today."
