A new study led by Linda Ehrlich-Jones, PhD, RN, associate director of the Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research (CROR) at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, identified key features of peer mentoring programs that successfully help individuals with physical disabilities achieve
their employment goals. The findings will guide the development of a training curriculum
to better prepare peer mentors to support
employment outcomes.

You may have noticed some recent changes to the Rehabilitation Measures Database (RMD), designed to make your experience faster, easier and more effective. Whether you’re searching by condition, population, or assessment type, these improvements are designed to help you find the information you need — when you need it.
We’ve added four more infographics to the RMD and updated one of our assessment tools:
Jakobi Johnson, a medical student at Dartmouth College and a summer medical extern at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, worked on updating the High-Level Mobility Assessment Tool (HiMAT).
We invite you to peruse our full infographic library.
Finally, we’re excited to welcome Britt St. John, PhD, MPH, OTR/L, assistant professor of occupational therapy at the University of Washington, as a new RMD collaborator. Her students will support ongoing efforts to update and enhance measure summaries.
