LAST CALL FOR ARTISTS!
Saturday and Sunday, September 25-26, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Courthouse Road Commuter Lot, Stafford, VA
Rain Date: October 2-3
The deadline to apply to be an artist at Via Colori Stafford! is September 10, though late applications may be accommodated.
CRRL is proud to help sponsor this amazing opportunity for local artists to create large-scale pastel artworks directly on the pavement. Be sure to visit the library table and square for free giveaways, news on library services and events, and to see what our staff artists are creating!
Via Colori Stafford! is an event hosted by the Stafford Museum and Cultural Center, the North Stafford Rotary Club, and the Rotary Club of Stafford. The 2-day event, presented by B101.5 and Tour Stafford Virginia, is a celebration of the creative process and provides opportunities for artists to showcase their talents.
Via Colori Stafford! will provide all necessary materials, the location, and the publicity. There is no cost for the artists participating, and there is no cost to attend. The public will marvel at the diversity of art in front of them, and artists and spectators will enjoy the weekend in celebration of the talent of our region.

Artists will be assigned a space (square) on pavement and will complete their artistic design in pastels created for this medium. Artists can sign up as a group or individually.

Artists are also invited to attend a special reception on Friday, September 24, 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Adventure Brewing Company.

Art Shows in Branches
CRRL is not currently hosting art shows in branches. Once the library is able to safely return to in-branch art shows, an announcement will go out in this newsletter. An effort will be made to first accommodate artists whose shows were cancelled due to COVID. Thank you for your patience.
