Dear Business/Community Partner,

Welcome to the CRY-ROP eNewsletter designed specifically to highlight the efforts across our region that support and drive workforce development.  We are very proud of the relationships we have built over the years, and we look forward to sharing our news and updates with you quarterly.  We encourage you to visit our website and view the many ways CRY-ROP is inspiring possibilities within the communities it serves.

Students Recently Hired
Two students in Mrs. Hernandez's Career Planning and Management class at Bloomington High School were recently hired at Genesis Boardshop in Fontana.  Both students were hired right out of their community classroom (internship).
Genesis Boardshop specializes in skateboards and skateboarding-inspired shoes and clothing.  It's wonderful to hear about our students using the skills gained in their CRY-ROP courses and finding jobs. Congratulations to Mrs. Hernandez's students.

Industry Partner Collaboration
Industry partners participating in mock interviews at Oak View High School
Our industry partners visit our classrooms, and speak to students about their career field.  The information students learn from our business and community partners are always eye-opening and engaging.
Our partners have also participated in project judging, industry panels, career fairs, and mock interviews to prepare our students for the world of work.  They have also opened their doors to our students for field trips. We would like to thank our business and community partners that have recently shared their knowledge, and expertise with CRY-ROP students:
