Daughters of Neptune Candidates for 2024

We are pleased to announce that our Daughters of Neptune program has been taking shape in 2023 so that we can now feel comfortable with continuing with the program for 2024. We are looking for girls who will be between the ages of 14 - 17 during the 2024 year. 2024 plans are to have the girls in the Starlight Parade, riding on the Navy ships from Astoria to Portland, as well as life jacket fitting events for corporate events. Please let us know if you have interested girls by emailing them at this LINK.

2023 Annual CRYA Dinner

The Old Spaghetti Factory was host to the dinner this year which saw the change of Officers and Standing Committee members as well as introducing new Sponsors. 2024 will be the first year in many that we are starting out with a full Executive Committee! We are all excited for what's in store for not only 2024 but for the future. We were pleased to have Sgt. Steve Dangler and his wife Melissa Join us this year. His retirement plans will change the face or our MCSO River Patrol, but his legacy will drive expectations of our new partners! Thank you Steve!

On the Executive Committee - Ron Bergmann has moved into the President role from Vice President. Bernie Bacon has taken on the role of Vice President - President for 2025. We have a new Secretary - Jason Resch who recently joined CRYA. Our standing Committee has two new members this year, Tony Bacon and retiring President Alicia Robinson joins the group.

Please, if you are a delegate attend our monthly meetings. We want all of our clubs and members to help us create a plan for everyone's future boating desires.

New I-5 Interchange simulations around the new Interstate Bridge Project

I was recently forwarded two YouTube videos depicting the new off/on ramps for both the Oregon and Washington sides of the river around what will be the new I-5 bridge. Thought others might enjoy looking at them as well. Oregon side here, Washington side here.
