|
|
Appointment necessary! On Wednesday and Thursday, exhibitors offer private consultations/demos in the Exhibit Hall from 9:15 am – 11:15 am. What a great way for your attending utility team to visit specific vendors and discuss your current operational challenges and upcoming projects!
Step 1: Visit
Exhibit Hall
. Review the
Exhibitor Floor Plan, rolling the mouse to see vendor names and locations.
Step 2: Under the Exhibitor tab, click
Consultations/Demos
to submit a request to set an appointment with selected vendors.
Step 3: Vendors will contact you before Conference 41 by phone/email to set appointment dates and times.
Step 4: Wear your badge when entering the Exhibit Hall since monitors will be checking to ensure only those with appointments enter during these designated times.
