Don’t forget to review and update your contact information for the 2020-2021 school year.
To clarify…your family information from last year was transferred automatically into Membership Toolkit. As with previous years, we are using the opt-out method for directory inclusion. Your data will be included, as it was last year, with your child's grade automatically advanced, UNLESS you update it or "opt out."
To review your information:

Log in to Membership Toolkit

Click on REGISTER >> Login. This will take you to your Family’s Account Page.
- Click on Step 1: Family Information and update your parent and student info, then click SAVE. (leave the teacher field blank)
- Click on Step 2: Directory Publish Preferences. In the light blue box at the top of the page, be sure YES is selected to be included in the directory. If you have information that you DO NOT want to be included in the directory, such as a phone number or email, you can individually uncheck any boxes you do not want included in the directory and that info will remain private.
Monday, September 14th is the deadline to have your information included in the printed directory. However, you can update your information on Membership Toolkit anytime.
