Upcoming Submission Deadlines

  • Electronic Submission of Company Tax Returns with financial year ending 30th November 2022: 31st October 2022
  • Electronic Submission of Company Tax Returns with financial year ending 31st December 2022: 30th November 2022
  • Audited financial statements for Limited Liability Companies (LTDs): 31st October 2022 (for the approval of the financial statements) and 42 days later (around 12th December 2022) for the filing of the financial statements with the Malta Business Registry. 
  • VAT Returns for quarters ending 30th September 2022: Manual filing - 15th November 2022, Online filing - 22nd November 2022
  • VAT Returns for quarters ending 31st October 2022: Manual filing - 15th December 2022, Online filing - 22nd December 2022
  • National Insurance Payments and Provisional Tax payments for Self-Employed - 31st December 2022
  • Provisional Tax Payments by Companies (where applicable) - 31st December 2022
Company Changes Notifications
We would like to remind our corporate clients to always inform us of any significant changes to your company especially but not limited to, changes to the ultimate beneficial ownership of the company as well as changes to personal details such as identification documents of Shareholders/ Directors and Company Secretaries including changes in address. Kindly note that such changes will need to be registered with the Malta Business Register within 14 days from the effective date in order to avoid late filing penalties.
