CSB’s UPDATED BUSINESS MOBILE BANKING APP IS COMING SOON!
To enhance your user experience, we are pleased to inform you that we will be launching an updated version of our Business Mobile Banking App in the upcoming weeks.

  • Face ID and Touch ID
  • Updated Look and Feel
  • Improved overall design to fit your device’s screen, including appropriate column widths and reduced scroll lengths
  • Improved Mobile Deposit Workflow

HOW CAN I PREPARE
We recommend that you refer to our Resource Center for instructional guides. Additionally, we encourage you to carefully review our Frequently Asked Questions section, which contains detailed information about this upgrade.

A FEW IMPORTANT ITEMS
  • When the new app is available, you will need to upgrade to the new version. If your device is set to automatically update apps, then no action will be required on your part. If your device is configured differently, you will be prompted to update when you access the current version of the app.
  • You will be able to use the same login credentials as before, with the added benefit of enabling Face ID or Touch ID. It’s important to enable Face ID/Touch ID from the start to provide an efficient login process going forward.
  • Note that there are some differences between the existing mobile app and the new version. We encourage you to review our Now & Then User Guide that provides details on what is changing.
