CSDS looks forward to seeing everyone at our March 21st dance at the
Ivy Creek United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Our lesson instructor is
Jacen Northcutt; he'll be teaching the pre-dance lesson from 7-8 pm, West Coast Swing Building On Basics.
Billy Northcutt is our DJ from 8-11 pm.
Jacen has been dancing about 7 years and competes as an Advanced level leader; he placed 3rd with his partner with their routine in the Young Adult Division at the US Open Swing Dance Championships in both 2018 and 2019. Locally, many of us remember the first time he
danced with pro Tren Veal in May 2013 at a Rocktown Rocks dance, something he continues to do every time they come to town! Jacen enjoys teaching and sharing his passion for dancing and is an instructor at Smooth Sailing Ballroom, teaching a weekly Wednesday night group class in West Coast Swing. He is also available for private lessons, contact
Jacen to schedule yours today!
Billy Northcutt has been dancing and competing in West Coast Swing for about 8 years, and currently competes as an Advanced level leader. He occasionally teaches at local area dances, and is available for private lessons. The Northcutts enjoy dancing at local area dances and traveling to events to dance and compete when able.

Please wear either dance shoes or light-colored soles; whatever you wear must be non-marking!

Attendees of CSDS events are expected to be familiar with and abide by our

HELPERS WANTED!
Would you enjoy free admission to a CSDS dance? CSDS is a non-profit organization and is 100% run by volunteers. It "takes a village" to host a dance. Volunteer Coordinator
Kristin Wenger is collecting names of CSDS members who would be willing to help out from time to time in exchange for free admission. We need helpers to set up, sit at the registration desk, clean up, or help with the snack table.
Let her know if you are interested. NO OBLIGATION REQUIRED. Thank you for helping to support your local dance club!

And reserve your hotel room ASAP as the event hotels usually sell out well in advance; you can always cancel it later. Don't wait until you decide to go to book your room; it will be too late!
