CSI Achieves Industry-Leading Net Promoter® Score (NPS®)
 
CSI is pleased to announce the results of its recent Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) Survey, which asked for customer feedback on CSI's full-service employment screening, background investigations and security consulting services. According to the survey results, CSI received an NPS of +74, placing it among the uppermost ranks of professional service firms. An NPS benchmark study conducted by The Hinge Research Institute states that the professional service industry's average NPS is +54.

A high NPS is often associated with strong and valued relationships that drive improvements such as higher customer retention rates and loyalty. Commenting on CSI's score, Company President Alan T. Sklar said, "Our NPS of +74 is a clear indicator of our strong focus on the customer experience. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback on our personal service and responsiveness, as well as on the quality of our background investigation services. Judy Gootkind Celebrates 25 Years at CSI!  
 
This year marks Judy Gootkind's 25th year with CSI. She has and continues to be an integral part of the company's executive management team, and has been instrumental in our growth and success in the background investigations industry.

Judy joined CSI in 1992 as an expert in accounting with over 20 years of experience.  Today, as the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Judy continually insures CSI's growth and profitability, allowing CSI to maintain a competitive standard.  She regularly presents on legislation, regulation and policy issues and represents CSI at numerous hearings including the RI Judiciary, MA Judiciary Committee, CT Department of Public Safety, NY Office of Court Administration, and the MA Attorney General's office.  Judy is active in the screening industry as a Director on the Board of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and an integral founding member of the Association.

Welcome Natalie Beck to the CSI Team!   

 
N atalie Beck has joined CSI in the capacity of Client Services Project Manager. With over 13 years of experience in the Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) profession, Natalie will be responsible for providing CSI's clients with client services support, integration and onboarding management, and CSI platform support. Additionally, Natalie will be responsible for identifying internal technology and process-based efficiencies, developing project plans, and ensuring the timely and successful execution of those plans. We are thrilled to have someone with Natalie's depth and breadth of experience as part of the team here at CSI.
