This Sunday with Children's Ministry

Little Sprouts Infant/Toddler Care

New Time: Sundays from 8-11:30 AM

New Location: 2nd Floor

Our infant and toddler program welcomes the youngest members of our church family, ages 0-4 years old, on Sundays from 8:00 to 11:30 AM, offering a safe and joyful space to grow and play. To find Infant/Toddler, go up the playground entrance stairs to the 2nd floor. Follow the hallway immediately in front of you to find the new room.

9 AM Christian Education Hour

Godly Play (Pre-K through 1st Grade)

Children will experience the story of the Ark and the Flood which is shared as a renewal of creation and a promise to Noah and Noah's descendants.

Young Disciples (2nd/3rd & 4th/5th Grades)

Students will discuss the story of Elijah, a prophet who heard God speaking in a still, small voice. God told him to anoint leaders and promised that some people would remain faithful and refuse to worship idols.

10 AM Children's Chapel

At 10:00 AM, children meet in St. Cecilia's Chapel for Children’s Chapel, and then join their parents in the church at the time of the Peace. Children’s Chapel gives children the opportunity to further their faith formation. Participation in Children’s Chapel helps our kids become familiar with the life of the church. Children enjoy engaging Gospel lessons shared by our Children’s Chapel director Brett Rutledge and singing Chapel songs led by Children’s Chapel music leader Mrs. Irene Franklin.

"One Story About One God: The Bible in 60 Minutes"

by Daniel Smith | Sunday, October 11 | 11:30 AM-1 PM

What if reading the Bible isn't something you should do — but something you get to do? That's the question at the heart of a conversation between Marty Chapman and Daniel Smith, Associate Professor of New Testament at Saint Louis University and a beloved teacher of our 8th grade confirmation students for the past 12 years. Daniel will bring that conversation to life in person this fall.
