Schools have the opportunity to preview their 2019 Annual Charter Evaluation (ACE) or Annual Charter Evaluation Renewal (ACE-R) reports, provide feedback, and ask questions before reports are finalized. 2019 ACE/ACE-R report drafts were uploaded to Epicenter on February 10th, along with instructions on how to view the reports and provide feedback.
All feedback is due on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 by 5:00 PM

Statements of Financial Interest

Statements of Financial Interest (SOFIs) are due on
Friday, May 1, 2020
and must be submitted by any School Leader and member of the Board of Trustees who served in the 2019 Calendar Year. As an alternative to the paper form, SOFIs can be filled out online
here
.
Please remember to retain a copy of all completed SOFIs so that they can be submitted to the CSO as part of the Annual Calendar of Collections.

Charter Transportation Chargebacks
In an effort to improve the process through which schools are provided timely information regarding transportation chargebacks, a file with itemized charges for the first half of the year will be uploaded to Epicenter in April. Please ensure that this information is shared with the appropriate staff (i.e. Epicenter users) at your school.

School Progress Report Improvements
On February 10th, Mayor Kenney, Dr. William R. Hite Jr., and other City of Philadelphia leaders celebrated with schools, charter and non-charter alike, their respective SPR improvements in key areas, and acknowledged the significance of the progress being made throughout the city. Leaders were joined by students who performed and also shared individual success stories.
Below is a list of each charter school that was recognized for their SPR achievements. The CSO joins the City and District in congratulating each charter school for their accomplishments!
