SY 2020-21 Infinite Campus Charter Module Updates

The Infinite Campus (IC) Charter Module will open for SY 2020-21 enrollment updates on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. To facilitate this timeline, the process for end-dating students in IC will be the same as it was last year. For reference, please review the linked document

Please note that despite COVID-19, it is important that your enrollment records are maintained in the Charter Module so that your student records for this year and next year are accurate.
All changes must be entered into the system by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2020

Oracle Supplier Portal
As a reminder, the School District of Philadelphia (SDP) is preparing to launch the Oracle Supplier Portal on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Whether a charter school, government agency, or other entity that does business with the District, it will be mandatory to use the new portal. It is important that schools register so that the District can continue to conduct business with all parties in the new fiscal year.

The Department of Licences & Inspections (L&I) Update
The Department of Licences & Inspections (L&I) is updating its protocols for annual school inspections. The notable changes will affect how schools provide them with evidence of various certifications, as well as updated PPE protocols for on-site inspections. Look for communication directly from L&I regarding these changes. The CSO is working to stay abreast of these changes and will share any details as received.

The CSO would like to congratulate graduating seniors! They have all preserved through such a trying year, met with obstacles and at times, uncertainty. This could only be done with great fortitude and commitment, which all of our seniors have exceedingly demonstrated. We wish them all the best and success on their continued journeys! UPENN Rising Senior Summer Academy

The School District of Philadelphia has partnered with the University of Pennsylvania to pioneer a bold, free, new program for Summer, 2020: an adaptive, post-pandemic Penn Rising Senior Summer Academy (PennRSSA) for up to 14,000 “rising seniors” attending SDP public and charter high schools. To date, we have 23 charter school students who registered and want to push our rising seniors in the sector to take advantage of this opportunity.
