There will not be a submission requirement for Board Contact Information this year; instead, the CSO will be reviewing school websites beginning Monday, November 15, 2021 to ensure individual email addresses are listed for all Board members.
For the Board Member Training submission, schools may submit a list of Board members (first and last name and month) who were newly appointed for the period July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. The Board President should sign (hard-copy or electronic) said list. This document does not have to be notarized. Schools should then submit corresponding certificates of completion per Act 55 for each Board member listed.
Schools that did not have any newly appointed Board members between July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 may submit a statement that reads: “(School name) has had no newly appointed Board members for the period from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.” Similarly, the Board President should sign (hard-copy or electronic) said statement. This document does not have to be notarized.
