NEW! Travel Stipends
The University of Kansas School of Law supports your career goals, no matter where they take you. In the past, we have organized Traveling On-Campus Interviews (OCIs) so students could interview with employers in popular markets like Denver and Dallas. Because planning large-scale traveling events is still difficult, we are unable to offer Traveling OCIs this July. Nevertheless, it remains our priority to support student job searches wherever they lead.

Therefore, we have made Travel Stipend funding available to cover job-search related travel for current students. Qualifying activities include:

  • Travel and lodging for career fairs;
  • Travel to confirmed out-of-state job interviews; and
  • Mileage reimbursement for in-state interview activities 75+ miles round trip

If you’d like to apply for a travel stipend, please complete and submit the travel stipend application as early as possible when planning your travel. Requests will be reviewed when they are received, and determinations will be made as quickly as possible.

If you have specific questions, please reach out to the Career Services Office. We hope this program will make following your dreams just a little easier.
