Customer Service
The License Sanctioning (LISAN) process had been shut off for quite some time, so we decided to go through all cases with open LISAN screens and do clean-up on those cases. Each EPICS AA1 worked through a report of all of their cases with an active LISAN screen. They reviewed each case for any updates/changes that would affect the LISAN process. After reviewing the case, they took certain actions depending on where it fell in the LISAN process.
